National Consumer Review Terms and Conditions

Organiser

  • The prize draws are operated by Marketing Punch Ltd. Marketing Punch is registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act and practices 100% opt-in permission marketing.
  • Our prize draws may be promoted over several different websites simultaneously.
  • National Consumer Review is not affiliated with the manufacturer or provider of the gift not with any of the third parties appearing in the marketing promotional copy unless otherwise indicated.

Entrants

  • Person must be aged 18 and older and residing in the UK to take part.
  • Prize draw entrants must be registered on the website.
  • The prize draw may be conducted over several different websites simultaneously.
  • A maximum of one entries per person per prize draw can be accepted.
  • Members using duplicate registrations will be disqualified from winning the prize draws.
  • Persons professionally connected with National Consumer Review or any of the prize draw sponsors are ineligible.
  • Entrants may be disqualified as per the terms and conditions set out.

Selection of Product Testers

  • A product tester will be selected at random by computer within 72 hours of the prize draw closing date.
  • The selected product tester will be notified by Email. If you have been selected to product test, simply follow the instructions on the email within 30 days of receiving it and the product will be sent to you within 30 working days.
  • The operator is not responsible for delivery of emails.
  • It is the entrant's responsibility to check the website to see if they have been selected.
  • Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the prize draw closing date
  • We will publish the name and locality of winners. Product Testers will be deemed to give National Consumer Review a perpetual irrevocable license to use their name, locality and/or images in future promotions up to 2 years
  • Product Testers requirements can vary, however, the standard requirement is a written review and photos of the reviewer with the product.
